Joey Blue Reed is a self-taught acoustic guitar player and premier blues harp specialist, blending these talents to create an authentic, soulful sound that spans classic rock, blues, folk, and his own original music. His unique approach - “Classic Tunes with a Twist of Blues” - captures the spirit of every performance, tailoring each set to the vibe of the venue and audience.

For over twenty years, Joey has been bringing his music to life across Upstate New York, performing at intimate bars, lively venues, wineries, and private parties in Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, and Fulton counties, as well as spots in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Notable venues include Dock Browns, Nostalgia, Buena Serra, The Saratoga Winery, Dunning Street Station, Unified Brewing Co., The Charlton Tavern, TJ’s Flight-Line Pub, The Schenectady Distilling Co./36 Locks, Villago, Mohawk Taproom & Grill, Madison Theater, Broadalbin Hotel, Nick Stoner Inn, The Dog Watch Café, and Setra Artes Art Studio.
